My dog's tick fever returned. What to do for fever at night?

Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Male | unneutered | 5 years and 7 months old | 28.76 lbs

My 6 yrs old pug was diagnosed with tick fever babesia a month ago but today he has fever again, really worried as its night time and will have to wait till morning to visit vet.. I have given him chicken soup and boneless pieces followed by doxyheal 200 half tablet in the evening.

Best take him to a veterinarian tomorrow as he will need a blood test and medication for about 3-4 weeks again against the babesia. There is nothing you can do tonight until you take him to the vet. He should be fine. Should his temperature go to 40C or above you need to take him to a vet tonight, either an out of hours service or a pet ER.
