Moving from USA to Germany, my 2 year old cat needs an EU micro chip (ISO compliant 11784 and 11785) and a rabbit shot. Are Petco vet's able to help me with that? and are they able to write me and official veterinary certification? and how much are the costs? Best, Giulia.
