My large breed puppy has bowed front legs. How can I help?

My puppy jr is about 3 and 1/2 months old and she has just started to get Bowed front lets she is a kelpie x bull Arab x mastiff what can I do to help her out as I don't have the money to go to a vet. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | 2 months and 12 days old
