Why is my senior pug scooting, peeing, and has brown smelly ears?

My pug has been scooting his but on the rug he’s 13 years old male and whenever I clean his ears they always have brown buildup and it smells funky and he’s been peeing everywhere non stop

Hi there. I'm sorry to hear that you're having these issues with Honey. Scooting his rear end on the rug is often a sign of impacted anal glands, or intestinal parasites. Brown gunk and a foul smell to the ears usually indicates a yeast or bacterial ear infection. Increased urination and accidents in the house can be caused by diabetes, Cushing's disease, chronic kidney disease, or a bladder issues such as stones or a UTI. All of these problems will require treatment by a veterinarian, so I would recommend taking Honey in for an exam. He/she can do some diagnostic testing if needed to help determine what all is going on with him and get him started on appropriate treatment depending on what is found.
