Why is my stray kitten's belly hard, anus gapping, and he's thin?

We just found a stray kitten. His anus is gapping and looks like there is dried poop stuck in the hole. His belly feels hard like he is bloated, also you can see his spine and hips (he's a long haired kitten). Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 25 days old

Hi. I don't see any photos, but it sounds like this little guy needs to be seen right away. Unfortunately there isn't anything you can do at home or with over the counter stuff . He may be constipated, may have worms, or many more. I'd get him checked out !
