My dog is sick and vomits water right after drinking. What to do?

My 5yr old hss been sick overnight, she has been continuosly drinking water since, she is 50k and she vomits up the water within 5 mins, what should I do, have just had big bil from 2 ops for my other old dog so money tight , but. I am sorry to hear about Mia. If she is very lethargic/weak, has blood in the vomit, or has a painful abdomen then I think she needs to be seen by her vet right away. If she seems energetic then you can try removing her food and water and fasting her for 6 hours (no food, no water,no treats, no grass or things in the yard if she goes outside) and see if the vomiting stops. If it continues she needs to visit her vet.
