My puppy's penis is stuck out and looks injured. What should I do?

my sisters 8 month old puppy (not yet fixed) was humping my nephew's stuffed bear pillow and his fully erect (first time in this state) member is stuck outside what looks like a peeling sausage casing that looks like its tearing... he seems in some minor pain or major discomfort. how do we help him not be injured or traumatized

Oh dear! Keep him in a quiet room, use some cold packs to reduce the inflammation, if present (do not use ice directly to the part) and if you feel confident try to replace the penis in its protect position using some vaseline cream.
