One month ago he was neutered, and after that he still chasing my 5 months old female cat for mating, and started doing his business (pee sometimes poo) outside the litter box like in my maid's bed 3 to 4 times i guess, at banana and egg stacks in the kitchen, my carpet, and now hes become more vocal, he likes to sleep in my bedroom but weirdly he wont do that in my bedroom, i know that im the most close to him, but not really sure why he do that but not in my bed room, what could be the reason?

Well, it can take about 60 days for the hormones to leave his system after neutering, so some may still be hormonal. However, cat’s will often have inappropriate urination if they are stressed about other things or if they are painful or otherwise upset. If the marking doesn’t improve in the next month then I would highly encourage you to have him evaluated by your veterinarian soon to discuss options. Best of luck and I hope he improves soon.
