my 10 month old long hair dachshund has raised round pustulus on his belly and inner thighs they have little orange speck what is this? Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund miniature | Male | neutered | 10 months and 18 days old | 12 lbs

You can try to use a medicated shampoo containing chlorhexidine twice weekly for 2 weeks. If there is no improvement or in the meantime this appears to be getting worse, have him evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Good luck and have a good day!
