My dog took double doxycycline. Should I skip days or continue?

I misread my dog’s prescription med for doxycycline. I gave her 2 tablets instead of once a day as prescribed. She is a chihuahua. Dosage is 50mg.. Do I skip several days or just continue as prescribed. Once a day. She has been taking it 2x a day. Thank you. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | spayed | 13 years and 2 months old | 8 lbs
