Why is my dog's hip crusty with hair loss after a sore healed?

My a 9 year old Chihuahua has a little sore on her hip in had a little pimple in the middle of it and I cleaned it up with a little bit of 5 anti-itch doggy shampoo and it looks like a ring on but yet I never see Ringer with a sore on in the middle of it and now the sores gone But she still has like a 3 crusty debris that comes off of a and the hair comes off a little bit too

In your picture it looks like there might be a small skin growth in the center of the ring like skin lesion, so if there is still a raised area I would recommend seeing your veterinarian. Some skin growths are benign and can be monitored while others should be removed. The areas of crusty debris could be from trauma, or potentially an infection secondary to allergies. If these areas do not improve in the next few days or if new skin lesions develop I'd also recommend seeing your vet.
