What's this painful red spot with scabs on my dog's lower back?

Question

My dog has this spot on her lower back that is red with no hair on it that she does not let any one touch it’s like if it hurts her when you do and it has one or two black scabs like if she was cut out a small hole she is a small white dog so it’s very noticeable I was wondering what it is and how can I help it get better. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 9 months old

However, other things are possible. I recommend that you have Candy evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment.
