Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 100 lbs
My dog had passed a year ago from a disease we think it might have been disautonomia since his symptoms were diarrhea, vomiting, lethargic, and weigh loss but his stomach had been all twisted when we too him to the vet. Still not 100% sure what the cause of his sickness was.

I am sorry for the loss of Patch. Unfortunately, the symptoms listed have many causes. The standout symptom is the "twisted stomach". If this was the case, Patch may have had Gastric Dilatation-Volvulus (GDV), more commonly known as "Bloat". This is a life threatening condition requiring rapid and aggressive treatment. The cause of the condition is not fully understood, but large, deep chested dogs are at higher risk of developing bloat.
