What causes kitten diarrhea when using topical antifungal medicine?

Hello, Is it possible for a kitten taking a topical antifungal medicine to have a bit of a dihrrea to fight the infection??

Diarrhea is not an indication of fighting an infection, it's an indication that the kitten is sick. It could also be a side effect of medication, but typically a topical medication will not cause diarrhea. It could be that Rescue could have intestinal worms causing her diarrhea, which is common in kittens. It could also be due to a GI illness. Given her young age, I would have her seen by a vet for this diarrhea. Best of luck.
