My dog's dew claw is angled strangely. Is surgical removal costly?

Got my greyhound mix dog a few weeks ago he only has one few claw on his front legs so guessing the other one has been removed, the remaining one is at a strange angle and could get caught. Is it hard/expensive to get them removed ?
