Is salmon oil okay for my kitten who won't eat fish-based food?

Hi there, Skye 8s a healthy 6 months old siamese kitten. She eats wet and dry food, since she doesn't like fish base wet food... is okay to give her some salmon oil ? Thank you

Hello. Yes, it is absolutely OK to give Skye an appropriate dose of salmon oil, but make sure she likes the taste. Not all cats like any kind of fish product. If she will not eat this, either as a treat, or mixed into her food, do not worry. As long as she is eating a balanced cat food, she really does not need a fish-based supplement.
