My playful kitten has diarrhea but is eating well. Should I worry?

Hello, My kitten has diarrhea,I've been giving her this medicine for 2nd day she only drinks milk as a kitten tho she has teeth.it's a bit hot as I keep the ac hot for her sake.. shes super playful and drinks lots of milk. I've read if shes sick she should lose appetite and have a bad mood but shes neither? Continue giving her this medicine and raise the ac for her? Shes taking douxo mousse so can it be a side effect? Apologies for the picture for color conformation and ibit smells strong. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 28 days old | 1.5 lbs

Hello, your rescue kitten could be having diarrhea from having a recent food change, from parasites, or even because her GI tract is still developing. As long as she is still eating and drinking ok, you can continue to do what you are doing and allow her more time to adjust to her diet and environment. When she is about 6-7 weeks, she should be evaluated by her veterinarian so that she can be vaccinated and dewormed. In the interim, you may not need the medicine you are giving her and could consider stopping it as we are unsure of what is causing the diarrhea. Hope this helps and best of luck.
