If Daisy did not swallow the tablet she will not have absorbed or ingested enough of the components of the tablet to have any adverse effect. The barbiturate in the tablet may make her tired and sleepy (had she taken it), the caffeine could make her agitated (that is toxic , however there is not enough caffeine in the tablet to be seriously detrimental), but the Ibuprofen would be the most dangerous ingredient (300mg). Your dog has 15 lbs so a dose of 175 mg can cause a stomach upset, and higher could cause liver damage, However since she has not eaten the tablet, there is no worry and she should be fine.
