Dog had stomach infection, now constipated and not eating again.

Question

Oscar was suffering from stomach infection and had bloody stools and vomiting three days ago. After that he was eating well and seems quite well. But he doesn't passes any stools for three days and today he is not eating anything. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 8 months old
