Why does my cat follow me, cry, not greet, and play wildly at night?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | spayed | 1 year old | 7.5 lbs

I’m open minded to know why my female cat won’t stop following me and no one else in the family she always cries for me when I’m gone says mom, And when I get home I don’t think she missed me cause she never greets me and, at night she’s always running around with her ears bent backward like something is chasing her it’s scary a bit But ok she’s probably just hype And playing but Any answers??

These are pretty common behaviors for a young cat. Cats are often nocturnal/playful at night, and the its very rare for cats to greet their people when they come home. As far as following you around, and crying for you when you're gone, you are probably her favorite person! I don't think you have anything to worry about with her. You can add some environmental enrichment things to help keep her occupied/ entertained, and this may help.
