While it could be that Lily is pregnant, unfortunately I cannot diagnose pregnancy from a picture. It could also be she is suffering from a false pregnancy, which is where the dog shows the signs of being pregnant but without actually having puppies. I recommend making a vet visit for her in another week. The vet can diagnose if she is pregnant or not. Best of luck.

An ultrasound scan can detect pregancy from about 3.5-4weeks but there is no way of telling before that as to whether or not she is pregnant. Both pregnant and non-pregnant bitches undergo similar hormonal changes after being heat and these are not a clear indication as to whether or not she has pups

Great question! If your dogs have stopped mating, that means Izzy is out of heat and it's certainly possible that she is pregnant. I would wait at least three to four weeks from the time they first mated before bringing her into the vet. The vet can do a blood test looking for the hormone relaxin which occurs when a dog is pregnant. Usually this is detected in the blood about 21 days after conception, so if she tests positive, this will give you a ball park as to how far along she is in her pregnancy. If she tests negative, do a repeat blood test in a week. Should she test positive, the vet will likely suggest you come back in a couple of weeks, or around 45 days of pregnancy, for an x-ray. This will give a better dating of her pregnancy and will also let you know how many puppies she is carrying. Good luck, I hope this helps!

It is possible that Ke'Lani is pregnant but even seeing pictures (which can't be shared on the forum) will not enable me to confirm she is pregnant or not. I would wait until at least 3-4 weeks after she was mated, and then go see a vet. The vet can do a blood test looking for the hormone relaxin which is produced by dogs when they are pregnant. If you want until 45-50 days after she mated, the vet can do an x-ray to see the fetuses. At this point, their skeletons will be visible on x-ray, and the vet can tell you about how many puppies she is carrying.
