Why is my dog tired, vomiting after a walk? Could it be heatstroke?

Pet's info: Dog | English Cocker Spaniel | Female | spayed | 4 years and 7 months old

Today naughty crooker spanial female of 4 yrs n I went for a walk. Actually it's raining from June so we couldn't get out for walk n today climate was sunny we went. Naughty pulls too much ..but today I found her tired, difficulty in walking... after walk of 15 mins. Later she came home drunk water n immediately vomited her lunch. Her eyes were red n she was exhausted.

If it's really hot where you are, I'd be concerned that Naughty is suffering from heatstroke. Heatstroke is extremely deadly, and requires an immediate vet visit. It could also be she got into something toxic causing her symptoms. From your description, it sounds like to me she is quite ill and I feel she needs to see a vet now. Please bring her into one right away.
