Hello! Yes, I would recommend taking her to a vet clinic to get her checked out. I would be worried about a possible ear infection causing her to feel off balance and nauseous. Dental disease can also lead to tooth abscesses that can affect the ears as well, and could be why she isn't eating. A vet can perform a thorough physical exam and may suggest sedation if she is painful, or x-rays to examine her teeth. I hope this helps! Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach!

Have her physically examined by your veterinarian. Her teeth should be checked for overgrowth or misalignment. If necessary, your vet can trim them. There may also be infection or inflammation that could be affecting her appetite. This may require antibiotics or anti-inflammatories which your vet can dispense. If the teeth are fine, there may be another underlying condition which could be diagnosed with additional diagnostics.
