Can a dog get sick from drinking a whole bottle of Pedialyte?

Question

Me and my partner gave a stray who was severely underweight and obviously dehydrated Pedialyte today. We ended up give her the full bottle and now I'm scared she'll become sick from it. Is it possible for them to "overdose" from this? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | 40 lbs
