Cali is now having her first heat, should i allow her to get pregnant at her age? She's turning 9 months. Thanks. Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Female | 8 months and 28 days old | 7.055 lbs

No, she’s still just a teenager and needs to mature before being bred. Young dogs have more trouble giving birth and they are not usually as good at being a mother as older, more mature dogs.
