my 8mos samoyed had tear stains on one eye and after a couple days, i noticed that his lower lid would roll in when he wakes up causing the hair to get tear stain. is this normal? Pet's info: Dog | Samoyed | Male | unneutered | 8 months and 9 days old | 24.4 lbs

What you are describing sounds like entropion (the eyelid rolls inward) but this typically doesn't occur as dogs age.
