Why does my dog have crusty nose sores and painful paw pads?

What would make my dog get crusty sore patches on the sides of her nose? and what appears to be absesses on her pads? I'm really starting to worry. I bought PetSilver Antimicrobial medicine and its not helping anymore. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | spayed | 1 year and 11 months old | 60 lbs
