I have a 9 year old pomeranian. He is not drinking water and not eating anything since 2 days . Till yesterday he was walking but today he is just sitting in the same position from morning to night just blinking his eyes that too very rarely. He has not slept since 3 days and is constantly hiding and gets sudden pain attacks and cries loudly for about a minute or so .what should i do because its impossible to take him to a vet as he tries to bite and difficult to give injections.

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Loss of appetite, lethargy and pain can be observed with many conditions such as gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, kidney disease, pancreatitis, among many other possibilities. These are serious signs and a veterinary evaluation is needed to know what is causing these and what would be best to treat it with. I recommend that you have Oscar evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They would be able to check for these possibilities and others depending on the findings on exam. Treatment would be based on findings. Good luck and have a great day! Hoping for a speedy recovery!
