My puppy's eye is white and she cries when I touch it. What's wrong?

My baby's left eye gets white. I cant see it clearly because everytime I tried it she refuse it. And try to clean her eye also refuse it I think she feel hurt everytime I touch her left eye. Then I use light to see her eyes clear but still refusing it so I think she's not blind or not yet blind. What should I do? is there anyway to do without going to vet first? thank you. Unfortunately there's nothing you can do, Hershey has to see a vet as soon as possible. It's not normal her eye is white, and she is showing you it's very painful if she won't let you clean her eye. Leaving this untreated can lead to permanent vision loss, so she needs to see a vet immediately. Please take her into one now. Best of luck.
