My puppy stinks! When can I safely bathe him after microchipping?

We got our puppy chipped on Sunday afternoon. They said wait 3 days to bathe him. Does that mean we can give him a bath tonight or should we wait until tomorrow. He's 3 months old and never had a bath and he stinks like sweaty puppy. Pet's info: Dog | Goldendoodle | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 24 days old | 13 lbs

The reason for waiting for a few days is to make sure the small hole from the chip injection is sealed over. This usually happens very quickly, so you should be fine to give Jac a bath tonight. If you find a scab at the back of his neck where the chip was injected, do not pull the scab off. It will fall off on its own once it is completely healed. Good luck!
