I think my dog is having an allergic reaction to grass but I am not sure. She is on nexgard for fleas and ticks. Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund miniature | Female | spayed | 5 years and 10 months old | 15 lbs

It's a possibility but i can't tell you for sure based on how it looks, if you suspect grass, avoid it completely for 1 month and check if it improves, if it does take her to the grass after this month, if it happens right away then you will know for sure it is grass.
