hi my cat has pyometra. is it safe for her to lick the discharge that is coming out from her vagina?

If she has a pyometra she needs to see a vet. This will not resolve without treatment. It is not great that she is licking the discharge as it is an infection but I don't think it will necessarily hurt her. Please try to get her to a vet for an exam as soon as you can. Best wishes.
