I found this type of pimples in my dog body are there dangerous to him? And he mostly eats boiled eggs. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | 5 months and 27 days old | 2 lbs

It is difficult to tell from the photos but those just look like scabs/injuries. I would not be concerned about them at this stage.
