My cockatiel is sick and itching. Is it mites, or is she egg-bound?

Hello I am Mohit and I have two cocktails male and female, but today I noticed something odd in the female one. She looks kind of sick. And she was itching herself so hard. Please help as soon as possible. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female

Your little bird is fluffed and does look ill. The itching could be from a parasite that she has- like a mite. But is also could be related to egg laying- any chance she might be egg bound (have an egg stuck)? I would keep her warm and offer her favorite foods. she should see a vet to figure out what might be wrong.
