5 days ago, Luca started to have problem with his upper respiratory track. I'm not sure if it was the nettle that he might if touched or sniffed or just allergies. My vet said to give a small dose of Reactin. For a few days his breathing was better except fir some sneezing when he got to the dog park. Then this morning, when we got to the dog park, Luca started to sneeze out of control, saliva wss flying and then blood was coming out of his nose. Should I be concerned about the bleeding?

I would definitely be concerned about the bloody nose. Since he does frequent the dog park, infections such as bordetella, influenza, or even contagious nasal mites are possible. A nasal foreign body is also possible. I would highly encourage you to have him evaluated by your veterinarian soon. Antibiotics may be recommended. Best of luck and I hope he improves soon.
