Hello, my dog was left outside for little over an hour in the heat with no water by my mom she normally doesn't take him out. But now he is inside with me with fans on us and he is drinking water. Will he be okay? And don't worry I did ask my mom to never take him out again I would rather clean pee up off the ground then have something happen to him. Thanks k you in advance

If he will allow, check his temperature. Normal rectal temp is between 100 F and 102.5 F. Use a thermometer and some sterile lubricant. Anything over 103 F should be addressed by your veterinarian. If the temp is normal, then Snickers will likely be fine.
