It sounds as Ka'el is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This is very concerning as Baby girl could have a gastrointestinal condition such as gastrointestinal foreign body ingestion/obstruction, severe gastroenteritis, pancreatitis, among many other conditions. I highly recommend that you have her evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. At the very least abdominal imaging and bloodwork should be performed. Your veterinarian could prescribe medications to reduce the vomiting. Surgery could be needed if it is determined to be a foreign body obstructing her gastrointestinal tract. In the meantime, keep water available at all times to try to prevent dehydration. Good luck and have a good day!
