My kittens have diarrhea and are pooping everywhere. What should I do?

Hey there. I adopted two kittens. One is of semi persian breed and the other one is a normal tabby cat. The semi persian cat who I call Coby is a few months older than the tabby cat, Maisy. I am having problem with there littering habits... indont have a regular litter box.i just fill grey sand in a big box and let them use it when they need to... but lately they both have diarrhea and are pooping all over the place. I only give them boiled chicken and liver and milk to eat. Can you give me advi. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 27 days old | 4 lbs
