Pregnant cat discharge, no kitten movement: Is it an emergency?

My cat is pregnant and I thought she was going into labor because she had discharge and now I can’t feel the kitttens moving anymore

Any discharge which does not progress to full labor and delivery within 2 hours is a medical emergency. It is particularly the concerning that the kittens are not moving, please have her assessed urgently by a vet to rule out dead kittens and serious infection
