Is my new rescue dog a purebred Golden Retriever or a mixed breed?

Hey so there’s a dog at my house and he’s been here for like a week and when he came you could tell that he was very mistreated and his collar was extremely tight and every time a broom would fall he would go to to corner and pee.... so where thinking of keeping him and what I’m wondering if he’s a golden retriever? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered

Hello. It’s so nice of you to help him. He is not a Golden Retriever. He is a mixed breed. He may have some Golden Retriever mixed in with several other breeds, but he is definitely not a pure bred Golden. Best of luck to you with your new addition.
