By a few days I hve noticed that my cat is hissing at her only kitten(4month). Why she is doing this?? Can she harm him??

If she is hissing at him just occasionally, it's not always a bad sign as it may be because the nursing is hurting her but if this is constant she might be rejecting him. in that case you will have to separate them and feed the kitten yourself with kitten milk replacer.
