Dog ate ring pop, restless, licking, sitting oddly. What should I do?

We were told our dog may have swallowed a ring pop. She is now restless, licking her anus, sitting promptly, and covering her anus with her tail. She is eating, drinking, and just went pee. What should we do next? Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | spayed | 1 year and 7 months old | 75 lbs

If she is not passing stools then there is a very good chance of blockage or at least partial blockage, in that case you will need to take her to the vet, a surgery to have it removed might be needed depending on the location that can be determine via an x-ray.
