Peaches sleeps a lot and is moody. Her belly looks pregnant. And her pee is a creamy coffee color. Could she have a urinary tract or bladder infection? Pet's info: Small Animal | Unknown - Small Animal | Female

Some guinea pigs can have problems with a urinary infection and/or bladder stones that can cause their urine to look like as you described. This is not normal. If Peaches is pregnant this could be a serious problem. It's a good idea to have your vet examine Peaches and do a urinalysis to check for infection and other problems. Hope this helps. Best wishes.
