My puppy's eye looks abnormal and he can't open it. Is it serious?

Lucas is a 25 days old male puppy. Today I saw that one of his eye is not normal as compare to the other one. He plays with his sister who is same of his age in night. So I am doubting that may be in night she has hurt him with her finger. He is not opening his left eye fully. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 26 days old

Lucas is so cute! His eye could have been injured playing with his sister, or he could be getting an eye infection. He will need to see a vet as soon as possible for this problem.
