Scarlett has been scratching at her ear, shakes her head, and it doesn't stand up. I have been trying to clean it and I get dark globs that fly out when she shakes her head. What do I need to do? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Female | spayed | 12 lbs
