Is this growth dangerous?

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! It is likely a sebaceous adenoma which is a benign growth. Some dogs get a lot of them. Another possibility is a mast cell tumor. They can be diagnosed on cytology of a fine needle aspirate of the growth. If it changes in size or grows rapidly I would have it removed or at least aspirated to be sure it isn't a mast cell.
