My dog has an unexplained hole below his penis tip. Should I worry?

Sorry, let's try this again... some reason my pictures didnt go through. Wicket has this extra hole below the tip of his penis and I don't know where it came from. It may have happened yesterday morning or the night before. I'm new to the area so I don't know too much about Mckinleyville, Ca... critter/bug situation. He doesn't show he's in pain like with welping, the occasional lick now though. Iwill be taking him in soon to get it checked I just wanted to see what any of you thought? Thank you. Pet's info: Dog | Pekingese | Male | unneutered | 10 months and 4 days old

Hi there, It looks like Wicket either got a cut above his scrotum or has a parasite that has created a wound in that location. I would recommend having him examined by a veterinarian because it's difficult to determine how deep the wound is and he may need to have it sutured.
