My dog has a red blister on his lip after grooming. What should I do?

My dog just got groomed which prior I had not cut there hair in a few months but just saw a red blister like by one of my dogs lip. I have two miniature poodles. What do I do first time I've seen this. I live in a rural area. Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Poodle | Male | neutered
