No, red-eared sliders do not pee from their mouth. Like all reptiles they have an opening under the base of their tail called the cloaca. The cloaca is the opening through which urine and feces as well as their eggs are passed. The mouth has the same function as our mouth, it serves as the opening through which food passes.
