Why is my budgie puffed up, not whistling? Is it sick or contagious?

Hi, I have a budge and it’s puffed up and doesn’t whistle . The cage it’s in I had another bird that died. He was an old bird. I cleaned it the way it should be cleaned . I’m worried it could be that. Thank you Lynette. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female

Peppi is probably ill, but i couldn't tell you what is wrong based on these very general symptoms, you will need to take her to an avian vet where a blood test and faecal exam will be done to determine what is the cause of the disease before it can be treated.
